Meet Trava's Technical Implementation Specialist, Joe Cress!

Meet Joe.

My name is Joe Cress. I'm a Technical Implementation Specialist here at Trava.

My main role is to make sure customers are as successful as possible. That includes customer support, solutions engineering, working with sales, but the ultimate goal is to keep them happy and to make sure they're successful.

Awesome, customer-focused, and trusted.

Where is your happy place?

I really enjoy camping, so probably somewhere in the mountains, either in Colorado or maybe Hoosier National Forest. Just somewhere isolated and away from everybody.

If you could give your 13 year old self advice, what would it be?

That would definitely be to stop worrying about what other people think and to be yourself.

What has been your favorite project at Trava?

So recently I launched the customer support department, so that's my favorite project so far. I'm sure there'll be more, but that's what I'm most proud of.

Cats or dogs?

Dogs 100%.

What is your definition of success?

Being happy. Being happy with what you do, being happy with the people around you. Doesn't really matter what the field is, as long as you're happy, and that equates to success in my opinion.
